  • 1) Can I book in subsidiary (a location) and take the vehicle in another subsidiary (a location)?

    In order to have more information about this subject, please contact us: 514 798-7235.

    2) Is it possible to modify or to cancel my reservation if the confirmation is done? Would I have expenses further to this cancellation?

    Yes, it is possible to modify or cancel a reservation but you have to respect a delay of 24 hours. You will not be charged any fees for modifying or cancelling a reservation.

    3) May I rent with a probationary license?

    No, our contracts and our insurance policy do not cover this driver license.

    4) Why may I not use someone else's credit card?

    This contact is just valid only if the driver license and the credit car are in the same name, and this in order to avoid the fraud and guarantee the protection of our guests as well as Discount.

    5) Why do we have to show a second ID?

    We need to validate the identity of the renter in order to protect you against fraud.

  • 1) Why do I need a credit card?

    The credit card is a deposit for the rental, the deductible and the potential additional costs such as gasoline, extra kilometers or fines.

    2) Do you accept a cash deposit?

    No, we only take a credit card for deposit because a credit check was made by the credit card company thus reassuring us.

  • 2) Do you have vehicles for people with reduced mobility?

    Not unfortunately, we do not own vehicles for people with reduced mobility.

  • 1) Is there any drop of fee when I return a vehicle at another location?

    Yes, there is a drop off fee to help recuperate our transportation expanses when bringing back the vehicle to the pickup location.

    2) What justifies expenses for the additional driver?

    We double our risk of accident with 2 drivers. It is the same with the insurance companies. Having more than one driver increases the risk of accident

    3) Why do you charge daily extra to go to the United States?

    Civil lawsuits and claims in the USA are more expansive.

    4) Why do you charge extra for those who aged 25 years old and less?

    The probability of accident is higher for drivers of 25 years old and less.

  • 1) Can I use my credit card as insurance?

    Our guest is responsible to investigates with his credit card company if they insure our vehicle. If it is the case, our guest can use his credit card to cover his rental.

  • 1) Why is it important to return the car with the last gasoline bill?

    It makes sure the vehicle was filled up before its return. This guaranties that the next customer will have a full tank of gas.
